Pursuant to and by effect of UE Regulation 2016/679 (RGPD) “Personal data protection code”, we would like to inform you that the company For Print s.r.l. processes personal data provided and freely communicated by you (relevant party).

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

All the personal data communicated by the relevant party, through contractual obligation or otherwise acquired in compliance with legislative provisions in force and which are connected, instrumental or relevant to the establishment and execution of contractual relations with the company For Print s.r.l., are processed for:

  1. management of quotes, offers, orders, order confirmations, transport, deliveries and goods receipt;
  2. meet legal obligations;
  3. fulfil specific requests made by the relevant party;
  4. management of correspondence, newsletter and promotional communications;
  5. develop a commercial profile to realize specific promotions;
  6. web site statistics (cookie policy).

METHODS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The personal data, in compliance with Article 11 of UE Regulation 2016/679 (RGPD), are processed legally and correctly; they are collected for purposes determined explicit and legal; exact and if necessary updated; relevant, complete and not excessive compared to the purpose of the processing. The data are also saved for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed.

NATURE OF THE COLLECTION AND CONSEQUENCES OF ANY NON-PROVISION

  • to persons whose communication of the personal data is necessary or however functional to manage contractual relations (consultancy studios and insurance companies) using the methods and purposes illustrated above;
  • to the collaborators and employees of the company For Print s.r.l., within the relevant duties and/or any contractual obligations, including the managers of processing and operators, appointed pursuant to UE Regulation 2016/679 (RGPD);
  • to post offices, carriers and couriers to send documentation and/or material;
  • to banking institutes managing cash and payments deriving from the contracts.

RIGHTS OF THE RELEVANT PARTY

The relevant party has the right to access his/her personal data.

The relevant party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data relevant to him/her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.

The relevant party has the right to obtain indications on:

  • the origin of the personal data, its purposes and processing method;
  • the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the help of electronic tools;
  • the identification details of the owner and the managers;
  • the persons or categories of people to whom personal data can be communicated or who become aware of the data as appointed representatives in the regions of the country, of the managers or operators.

The relevant party has the right to obtain:

  • updating, correction or rather, when relevant to them, integration of data;
  • deletion, transformation in anonymous format or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including information whose saving is not necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.

The relevant party has the right to oppose, totally or partially (UE Regulation 2016/679 (RGPD)):

  • for legal reasons the processing of personal data relevant to them, even though relevant to the purpose of the collection;
  • processing of personal data relevant to them for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or to conduct market research or sales communication.
