Premise – Effectiveness of General Conditions – Modifications
1.- These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter conditions) are used to discipline the purchase of goods and services, carried out remotely and made available, via the internet, through the site www.for-print.com (hereinafter, the website).
2.- The products available on the site are mainly transfer products, special paper, digital printing products, clothing and accessories, printing machinery, etc. The services provided by the website are related to the sale of these products. All offered products and services are described in detail in the online shop www.for-print.com.
3.- The owner of the site is For Print s.r.l. with registered office in Rovigo, Piazzale G. D'Annunzio, 32.
4.- All purchases of products and services provided through the site (hereinafter, purchase contracts) by users who have access to it (hereinafter customers) are governed by the General Conditions as well as by other provisions and instructions contained in the site. In case of conflict between the aforementioned provisions and operating instructions and the General Conditions, the latter shall prevail.
5.- Notwithstanding the General Conditions, every operation and/or payment condition potentially granted to the customer will be valid only with a For Print s.r.l. agreement confirmation email or any other proof of the transmission and reception of the new established conditions.
6.- The provisions of these terms and conditions are equally applied to all Customers, except for those provisions for which it was expressly stated the applicability to consumer customers. "Consumer" means a natural person who purchases the goods or services offered by the site for purposes unrelated to entrepreneurial or professional activity. If the customer will enter a VAT number when purchasing products or services, he will be assumed as not “Consumer”. Furthermore, to purchase contracts pledge by consumer customers, articles 50 to 63 of the Legislative Decree 206/2005 are applied.
7.- For Print s.r.l. Invites each customer to read carefully these General Conditions before purchasing any items and, once completed the purchasing procedure provided by the site, to keep a paper or electronic copy.
8.- For Print s.r.l. may modify, at any time and without notice, the contents of these General Conditions. Any amendments which may be made will take effect from the date of publication on the site, which is declared in the header of the General Conditions.
Purchasing Procedure
9.- The customer can purchase any product of the electronic catalogue of For Print s.r.l., following the access procedures therein outlined. The products are illustrated in detail on the website (www.for-print.com) within their respective sections and categories; they are available as described in their technical sheets contained in the website. The publication of products and services displayed on the site constitutes an invitation to the customer to make a purchase contract proposal. The order submitted by the customer counts as a purchase proposal and implies the complete knowledge and full acceptance of these General Conditions.
10.- Once completed the registration procedure, For Print s.r.l. will send an automatic confirmation. The message will be sent to the email address provided by the costumer and it will contain all the data entered during the registration procedure. The costumer will guarantee their correctness or communicate any corrections.
11.- For Print s.r.l. will confirm, by automatic reply, the correctly received proposal to the email address provided by the customer. The answer is automatically generated by the site system and it only confirms the correct receipt of the proposal within the information systems. This confirmation message will indicate an order number to be used in any subsequent communication with For Print s.r.l..
12.- Every order can be viewed by the customer in his personal area of the site immediately after the confirmation. The customer will be able to change or cancel the order, exclusively through the specific functions provided in the personal area, until the shipment (that For Print s.r.l. will communicate to the customer through the update of the order status in his personal area).
13.- Every purchase contract stipulated between the client and For Print s.r.l. will be considered concluded only with the acceptance of the order by For Print s.r.l., which has the power to accept or refuse, in its sole discretion, the order submitted by the customer. In case of non-acceptance of the order, the client has no rights to claim or oppose, in any case and asking for any kind of compensation. The non-acceptance will be communicated to the customer via e-mail (to the email address previously provided) within 48 hours after submitting the order, otherwise it will have to be considered tacitly accepted.
14.- Placing an order, in every allowed way, the customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase process and to fully accept the General and payment Conditions described in this document.
Product prices – Delivery charges – Product availability
15.- All the prices are clearly indicated in the site and expressed in Euro, with and without VAT. Product prices may be subject to periodic variations. They do not include any additional taxes, levies or duties provided for by law, such as those provided for import. Therefore, as necessary, the customer will have to clear the imports and pay the importing country duties and taxes (other than VAT).
16.- If a product is presented in areas other than special sections earmarked for purchasing, otherwise without the button "add to cart", it is not available for sale through the site.
17.- Prices and product availability listed on the site may be subject to modification at any time and without notice, provided that, limited to received or accepted orders as previously described, the conditions of sale in force at the time of placement of the order by the customer will be applied.
18.- The site shows products available for shipping, however the availability is not updated in real time. In addition, considering the possibility of many users simultaneous access to the site, the availability of individual products can vary during the same day from the indications provided on the site. For Print s.r.l. makes no commitment nor guarantees the immediate dispatch of products purchased and indicated as available in the website, therefore it will not be responsible for any delivery delay.
19.- If the delivery will be delayed compared to the delivery time previously indicated on the site, For Print s.r.l. will promptly notify it to the client via email to the provided email address. Until the shipment of the order, that For Print s.r.l. will communicate to the customer through the update of the information contained in his personal area, the customer will be able to change or cancel the order, exclusively through the specific functions provided in the personal area.
20.- Shipping costs are included for certain products; in all other cases, the cost of each shipment has to be added to the total amount of the order, which is clearly indicated and communicated to the client before the purchase contract conclusion. Shipping costs may vary according to different delivery and payment methods, as well as destination and order total weight; shipping costs will be also stated in the personal area until the execution of the order.
21.- The visual representation of the products on the website, if available, is generally their photographic image, rendering or their application. The picture has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale, without any guarantee or commitment by For Print s.r.l. of a perfect match between the image and the actual product, in particular with regard to its actual size and/or colour aspects or packages.
Payments
22.- Payments in execution of purchase contracts stipulated through the website may only be made through PayPal, bank transfer, credit card or cash on delivery (up to €2999). The customer must choose the method of payment at the time of conclusion of the contract and, once finalised the purchase agreement with For Print s.r.l. acceptance, it cannot be changed.
Credit card payments
23.- If the customer will choose payment by credit card, the bank will arrange for an immediate verification of its validity.
24.- Buyer's credit card information is directly transmitted, via secure connection, to the website of the bank that manages the transaction.
25.- For Print s.r.l. reserves the right to ask the customer for supplementary information at any time (such as phone number) or copies of documents proving the ownership of the credit card used for the purchase contract. If the required information or documents will not be provided, For Print s.r.l. reserves the right to reject the order or to withdraw from the finalised contract of sale, by communicating it to the customer with a notice to the provided email address.
Cash on delivery
26.- Cash payment to the carrier on delivery of merchandise (hereinafter, cash on delivery) is only available for orders up to €2999 addressed to Italy. The customer will provide the exact amount indicated at the time of conclusion of the purchase contract. Usually the courier does not have change. For Print s.r.l. will not accept, under any circumstances, bank checks, cashier's checks or other payment methods.
27.- The customer will not have to pay the courier, on delivery of products, nothing more than what previously agreed in the purchase contract.
28.- If the customer will not pay the stipulated price, for any reason or cause, For Print s.r.l. will write to invite him to provide for balance. Furthermore For Print s.r.l. will be entitled to charge interest on arrears as provided by law as well as any additional costs. In that case, until the client will not have settled his debit position, For Print s.r.l. will also reserve the rights to cancel any subsequent product deliveries, terminate any ongoing purchase contracts and lock the purchase functions of the site, without prejudice to compensation for any further damage.
Bank transfer
29.- If the customer will choose bank transfer as payment method, the order will only be executed after the credit of the total amount, therefore, as a general rule, delivery will be postponed to 24/48 hours after payment receipt.
30.- The customer will have to include the order number in the reason for payment in order to identify the transaction.
Documents and deliveries
31.- For Print s.r.l. will take on the responsibility of all product deliveries. The risk will be transferred to the customer upon delivery from the courier, carrier or other agent instructed for delivery by For Print s.r.l..
32.- Business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with the exception of 1/1, 1/6, 4/25, 5/1, 6/2, 8/15, 1/11, 12/8, 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31, Easter Monday.
33.- The orders received through the site can be delivered in all Europe. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated by the website and they will be viewable and knowable by the customer before the order is placed. Shipping costs may vary depending on promotions and the chosen payment method.
34.- For Print s.r.l. will have no liability towards the client, for whatever purpose, in case of delay in order execution or purchased product delivery.
35.- For every purchase contract finalised through the site, For Print s.r.l. will issue a delivery order or an invoice as regards those customers (non-consumers) that will have entered their VAT number when providing personal data. The delivery order, or invoice, will be included in the package and/or sent by e-mail to the address previously provided to For Print s.r.l. by the customer who placed the order, pursuant to article 14 Presidential decree 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. The information provided by the customer will be used for invoicing; no change will be possible after the document issuance nor will be possible to invoice after the order execution if the costumer will not have previously provided his VAT number.
36.- Product delivery implicitly refers to ground floor; the customer will have to report any different information to customer care. At the moment of delivery, the client will have to verify (a) the correct and complete delivery of all the packages indicated in the transport document and (b) that the packages, including the sealing materials, are not damaged or altered.
37.- The customer must immediately notify any damage to the packaging and/or products or the inaccuracy of the number of items or instructions to For Print s.r.l., writing "ACCEPTED with RESERVE" on the courier's delivery receipt. In addition, the customer undertakes to promptly report via email (to the address info@for-print.com) every and any problems concerning physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the received product. The notice will have to be sent not later than eight days from the date of delivery.
38.- The client, or an authorized person, will have to be physically present on scheduled delivery day to guarantee a timely delivery of the orders. If the customer (or his appointee) will not be present, the courier will make a second delivery a few hours later or the next working day. If the second delivery attempt will be unsuccessful as well, the order will be hold for pick-up at the courier premises for five days. During this time, the customer may request a new delivery or pick-up the order personally, paying the required commission to the courier. After the fifth day the purchase order will be cancelled and the products will return to For Print s.r.l. warehouse. In case of credit card payment, For Print s.r.l. will refund the customer the price of the undelivered products (shipping costs excluded) within fifteen days from the return of the shipment to the warehouse. Furthermore the purchase contract will be automatically and permanently cancelled, no further mutual claim, in any capacity.
39.- Due to force majeure, means of transport unavailability, as well as unpredictable or unavoidable events that may cause a delay in delivery, otherwise make it difficult or impossible, or significantly entail shipping costs at the expense of the sender, For Print s.r.l. will have the authority to divide, partially or entirely postpone or cancel the scheduled delivery, as well as to nullify the purchase contract. In all these cases, For Print s.r.l. will send notice to the costumer via email (to the previously provided address). The customer will have the right to ask for a complete refund for the paid amount, no further claim, in any capacity, towards For Print s.r.l..
Right of withdrawal
40.- In accordance with the following procedure, the customer may withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing explications.
41.- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer will have to contact customer care, sending an email to info@for-print.com, and follow the instructions. The request must be sent not later than 10 working days from the goods delivery.
42.- The customer will have to handle the return, shipping the goods with any courier service. The products will have to be sent to the following address, not later than 10 working days from the delivery:

43.- The customer will have to comply with the following conditions:
- The withdrawal may also apply only to individual products, part of a single Purchase Agreement. The withdrawal applies to the product in its entirety, therefore the customer will not be able to exercise the withdrawal over a part of the single product purchased;
- The returned products must be intact and into the original package, complete in all parts (including packaging and annexed documents);
- In accordance with the instructions received from For Print s.r.l., the customer will provide, at its own exclusive expense and care, the shipment and return of the products to For Print s.r.l.;
- If the returned product will be damaged during transport, For Print s.r.l. will contact the customer in order to allow a timely complaint.
44.- For Print s.r.l. is not responsible in any way for the damage, theft or loss of returned products; any related risk remains responsibility of the customer.
45.- Once ascertained the product compliance, For Print s.r.l. will refund the costumer the value of the returned goods, no later than 30 days after the return of the products. The charged amount will be transferred to the credit card indicated by the customer, or by bank transfer, in accordance with the correlative given instructions and bank details.
46.- If the indications provided in paragraph 42. will not be respected or the goods will be damaged for reasons not related to the transportation, the purchase agreement will remain valid and effective and For Print s.r.l. will send back to the customer the unduly returned products, charging the correlative postage.
Communications and claims
47.- Communications and claims from customer towards For Print s.r.l. concerning the Purchase Contracts should be addressed to Customer Care: info@for-print.com.
48.- Any returns for non-conforming goods must be approved and performed following the steps of the "Yield Procedure” section.
Intellectual property rights
49.- All trademarks (whether registered or not) included or made available through www.for-print.com, as well as any and all intellectual works, such as texts, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations are owned by For Print s.r.l. or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright and database right laws. It is strictly forbidden to re-utilise parts of the content of the Web Site without the express written consent of For Print s.r.l..
Applicable law – Competent court
50.- These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Italian law. The Purchase Contract between the customer and For Print s.r.l. must be considered concluded in Italy, therefore governed by the Italian law.
51.- The judicial authority of Rovigo will be exclusively competent for any dispute resolution. On the contrary, disputes with consumers will lie within the jurisdiction of the judicial authority of the place of residence or domicile of the client.
