This procedure is for faulty goods only.
- Send an email to email@example.com with the following object: “NON-COMPLIANT GOODS ORDER No.” with the For Print order number you received with your confirmation email and the following information:
- Faulty product code and lot number (you can find this information on the label)
- A short description of the problem
- An exemplifying picture of the flaw
- If the product is suitable for heat transfer, please let us know the transfer temperature, time and pressure you used
- We will take charge of your request and, within 48h, you will be contacted from our customer service that will let you know how to proceed. It is our discretion to propose a credit slip to credit you with the value of the returned goods.
- The replacement is only possible choosing among our available products with a value equal to or above the returned goods.
- If you proceed with a replacement or another purchase, we will refund returning and shipping costs, otherwise you will be responsible for the cost of returning any items.
