Model PT - 11

The PT-11 has been designed for most types of headwear. The press features an easy to use microprocessor controller for time and temperature accuracy, with a simple locking device to secure the cap in place during the transfer operation. It has adjustable movement of the cap/mould base and is easy to use.

The PT-11 is produced of cast aluminium for strength and durability. The press has a work area of 15 x 8 cm (5,91 x 3,15 ins) and bears the CE Marking.

Always ascertain from the supplier of material and transfer paper that the material to be used is suitable for and has been prepared for transfer printing.

Close the press to check the amount of closing pressure the machine has been set at. If more or less pressure is required then open the machine and turn the pressure-adjusting knob located on top of the heat plate.

Pull out the sweatband and position the cap so that it clears the upper platen when the machine is closed. Position your application and lower and lock the heat platen into the press position.

Ensure that the heat controller is set to the correct setting for the material being used.
