SUBLITHIN® MATT LT

SUBLITHIN MATT LT is a polyurethane film with non adhesive PET liner, 110 µm thick. It is suitable for inkjet digital printing & cutting systems with solvent, eco solvent or Latex based inks. The film is specifically conceived for low temperature transfers on polyester textiles colored with sublimation inks. The special structure and processing of the material create a barrier to the dyes, preventing the “migration” effect and maintaining thus unaltered the original color.

The material is suitable for polyester fabrics without treatments and dyed with sublimation inks, like sports and leisure wear.

SUBLITHIN MATT LT is certified Öko-Tex® Standard 100 Class I.

Due to the many different base materials available on the market, we suggest a cut (eg. with SUMMACUT D60 – ROLAND GX24) with a new blade at 45°. We recommend to print and cut the film, weed the exceeding material and remove the print from the polyester backing using a transparent and resistant to high temperatures application tape. After heat apply, remove the application tape warm.

We suggest to wait 24h before washing. The material is washable up to 40 °C. It is not suitable for dry-cleaning and tumble dry. Do not use bleach or other aggressive chemical agents. 

We suggest to keep the film away from sunlight and we recommend evaluation on test material.
