POLI-FLEX 4625 Heat-sealable, printable Polyurethane film (transparent) suitable for white textiles.
POLI-FLEX 4625 is a two-layer transfer film being coated with a hotmelt on the non-covered printable side. The upper side of the film after the application process is based on a transparent, UV-resistant polyurethane. It is compatible with all current printers using ECO-solvent and SOLVENT inks. The silicone paper allows even filigree motifs to be cut by all current CAD/CAM plotters after printing. A matt silicone paper on top of the image during the thermal transfer gives a brilliant matt finish. After heattransfer we recommend to remove the liner after a short period of cooling down to room temperature.
The transfer film is used for motifs and logos on sport, leisure and work wear.
Nylon and textiles with a hydrophobic impregnation are not suitable for heat transfer.
