POLI-FLEX REFLEX is a silver transfer film with retro-reflective properties and suitable to transfer onto textiles like cotton, uncoated nylon, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic.

The film can be used for lettering on T-shirts, sport & leisure wear, sport bags and promotional articles. The film consists of metalized microscopic glass beads laminated to a dry heat-reactivating adhesive backing. A transparent PET-film on the reflective side guarantees that the film can be cut with all current plotters. We recommend using a standard 45° knife. After weeding the cut flex film is transferred by heat press. The polyester liner should be removed warm.

POLI-FLEX 4781 REFLEX SILVER has a thickness of 150 µm and it is suitable for transfer to uncoated nylon.For application to nylon that is treated with any kind of coating, please test for suitability or we recommend to use POLI-FLEX4882 REFLEX ECO NYLON.POLI-FLEX REFLEX SILVER is composed of wide-angle, exposed, retro-reflective lenses. The photometric values (min. retro-reflection values) conform to EN ISO 20471:2013.

POLI-FLEX 4782 REFLEX ECO has a thickness of 175 µm and it is composed of wide-angle, exposed, retro-reflective lenses. The photometric values (min. retroreflection values) conform to EN 471 (class 2).

Guarantee for a secure and long-lasting bond of POLI-FLEX REFLEX SILVER is only given when following the specified temperature and pressure conditions.

POLI-FLEX REFLEX SILVER is washable up to 60° C Suitable for tumble dry. Wash textile inside out.We recommend evaluation on test material.
