Nylon

POLI-FLEX NYLON is a transfer film with a special heat sealing adhesive for hydrophobic and nylon textiles. It has excellent cutting and weeding properties due to the selfadhesive PET-film. The ecologically inert polyurethane film has excellent washing and cleaning properties and has a pleasant textile touch.

POLI-FLEX® NYLON can be cut with all current plotters. We recommend using a standard 45° knife. After weeding the cut flex film is transferred for 3 - 4 sec. by heat press. The PET liner should be removed lukewarm. After cooling down the material is to be pressed for another 10 - 15 sec. with the same parameters.

Washable at 40°C and suitable for drycleaning, POLI-FLEX NYLON has been especially designed for difficult fabrics. Suitable for the transfer onto Nylon and textiles with hydrophobic impregnation. The soft, elastic transfer film offers a comfortable textile touch and convinces due to high wearing comfort.

POLI-FLEX NYLON excels due to an excellent opacity. The raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals (in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class I). POLI-FLEX NYLON with a self-adhesive PET liner, enables a reposition.

Guarantee for secure and long-lasting bond of POLI-FLEX NYLON is only given when following the specified temperature and pressure conditions.
