P.S. Film Extra

P.S. FILM EXTRA is a soft polyurethane film with adhesive PET liner, 90µm thick. The material is very thin and suggested for “difficult” fabrics such as windbreakers, K-Way, nylon, leather, sports bags, umbrellas.

The material is certified Öko-Tex® Standard 100 Class II.

Due to the many different base materials available on the market, we suggest a cut (eg. with SUMMACUT D60 – ROLAND GX24) with a new blade at 50°. We recommend to mirror cut the film, weed the exceeding material and place it on the garment with its polyester backing. After heat apply, remove the support warm or cold.

P.S. FILM EXTRA is suitable to transfer onto textiles lik polyamide, nylon and treated materials. It is not suitable for dye sublimation fabrics.

We suggest to wait 24h before washing. The material is washable up to 40 °C. It is not suitable for dry-cleaning. P.S. FILM EXTRA is suitable for tumble dry. Do not use bleach or other aggressive chemical agents. 

We recommend evaluation on test material.
